THE CHIEF OF RECORDS- maintains all documents for the organization, making them accessible to the Admiralty Board.

  • Chief of Records is not in line of succession.

  • Authorized Rank: Admiral

  • Reports to: Fleet Commander and Deputy Fleet Commander

Responsibilities:

  • Keep the meeting minutes

  • Maintains the AFED document, command manuals, award records, and otherdocuments with up-to-date and accurate information

  • Works closely with other Admiralty Board members to ensure that all departmentalchanges are recorded in their proper and accurate destination

  • Ensures that all departmental changes are reported to the members via mass distribution

  • Votes on Board business matters

  • Files a monthly report to the Fleet Commander on department status

  • Oversees the staff under their command
